
Ryan Feierabend was originally drafted by the Seattle Mariners in the 3rd round (86th overall) of the 2003 MLB Amateur Draft. He played seven seasons in the Mariners organization, including three separate stints in the major leagues from 2006 to 2008. He has a 2-11 record in 179 innings pitched in the major leagues. Last season he was 10-8 with a 5.39 ERA for the Phillies Triple-A affiliate Lehigh Valley. Feierabend has a 56-51 minor league record with a 4.13 ERA.
Stephen Penney was a 29th round (882nd overall) selection by the Seattle Mariners in the 2008 MLB Amateur Draft out of the University of California - Riverside. He played four seasons in the Mariners organization, posting a 16-8 record with a 4.07 ERA. Last season, he played for the Mariners Double-A affiliate Jackson.
Andres Perez will be entering his third season in the Atlantic League and first with York. He previously played for Newark in 2009, and Bridgeport in 2011. Perez originally signed as an undrafted free agent with the New York Yankees in 2007 out of Stony Brook University. He played two seasons in the Yankees organization, as well as one and half seasons in the Los Angeles Dodgers organization. Last season, he hit .313 with 15 home runs and 54 RBI for the Bluefish.
